The new sales director for the 2000 Ocean project is South Florida real estate industry veteran Amy Ballon, as announced by KAR Properties and Fortune Development Sales Group.

Amy was honored for her leadership in pre-construction luxury developments. In her new role, Ballon will handle sales and marketing initiatives for the property's 64 residences.
