The new sales director for the 2000 Ocean project is South Florida real estate industry veteran Amy Ballon, as announced by KAR Properties and Fortune Development Sales Group.

Amy was honored for her leadership in pre-construction luxury developments. In her new role, Ballon will handle sales and marketing initiatives for the property's 64 residences.

For 24 years, Amy Ballon has distinguished herself as a leader in the luxury real estate community, managing to work with the largest developers in the country. Before joining Fortune as director of sales for 2000 Ocean, Amy worked in a variety of markets including Los Angeles, Orlando, Palm Beach, and Broward and Miami-Dade counties.
