According to Business Journal, Rodney O'Neal would have paid $16 million for his new house in Miami Beach. The price was equal to $2,089 per square foot.

O'Neal retired as CEO of Delphi Automotive in 2015. He is widely credited for rescuing the auto supplier from the Great Recession.

The recently completed house has six bedrooms and 7.5 baths on a 14,946 square foot site along along Biscayne Bay, with a great view of downtown Miami and was designed by architect koby karp , point Business Journal.

The house also has a outdoor gazebo, a summer kitchen, a swimming pool, an elevator, a roof terrace and smart home systems.

"The design of the house is extraordinary," said Percal. “They have incredible attention to detail. It has a wonderful open kitchen with living room and family room.
