According to the sources of the real estate investment portal, the Cisneros Corporation through 555 Enterprises LLC sold the 3-acre property in 555 Leucadendra Drive. The identity of the buyer is unknown.

The family is owner of Cervecería Regional, the second largest brewery in Venezuela, which ranks among the 30 best in the world for its production. The brothers Eduardo, Andres and Henrique Cisneros currently run the family business, according to the website of Cisneros Corporation.

Liz Hogan from Compass who was the listing agent, and Maurice Boschetti of B.H. Realty  who represented the buyer, declined to comment on the identities of the buyer and seller, but, according to The Real Deal They confirmed that the deal closed on Thursday.

Boschetti said the buyer plans to demolish the mansion existing two-story, 10,220-square-foot home and build a new home. The corner lot has over 750 feet of shoreline that fits a 150 foot yacht and currently includes a swimming pool, tennis court and private beach.

Records show that Cisneros LLC paid $ 17.2 million for housing in 2015. Former Serta International President and CEO E. Richard Yulman sold the property at that time.
