FedEx, the world's largest shipping company, launched its new route between Medellin - Miami, which connects producing and exporting companies in the region with their clients abroad.

The new flight B767 of the FedEX company that will operate six times per week between Miami, Bogotá and Medellín, will facilitate the arrival of Colombian products to the US and will open new markets for small and medium Colombian companies.

The new route will help transport six million pounds of perishables such as flowers, coffee, fish, fruits, and vegetables that are exported daily from Latin America.

New facilities of FedEx in Medellin, They will also have storage space for perishable cargo. Customers in Colombia will benefit from the latest cut-off times and improved transit times in routes specific.

FedEx has more than 25 years in Colombia and maintains operations in the twelve major cities in the country.
