The renowned Spanish financial group GVC Gaesco made an alliance with RMC Capital Partners to open a subsidiary in Miami (Florida). This will be called Ceres Global Advisory and will be advised by Carme Hortalá Vallvé, who is already in the United States, where she will be living to have more control of the company.

Said new company will be offering advisory services and wealth management, specifically focusing on the private banking segment for medium and high net worth, emphasizing Latin American investors, through the knowledge of the North American market that RMC Capital Partners already has, added to the studies that GVC Gaesco already has in the Latin American market.

Hortalá Vallvé will be holding the position of CEO and, in turn, will remain as CEO of GCV Gaesco Valores, a company that has this group in the Spanish capital, but due to the distance and change of schedule, she will not be able to assume many of the functions, for what Enrique García Palacio, general director of the GCV Gaesco Group, will be doing.

On the other hand, the new director of Ceres, indicated: “Miami is an important financial hub, with links in Latin America and a place with high growth within the US. This will be able to strengthen the business in Spain, by incorporating the technology and innovation of one of the most competitive and advanced capital markets in the world. This project represents an important step in the internationalization and global growth of the group».
