La Princess Cruise Line -which is part of the company Carnival Corp..- and had one of his boats in quarantine off the coast of Japan in February, suspended its global operations for 60 days.

This Thursday the cruise line Princess Cruises reported that from March 12 to May 10 will cease to operate due to coronavirus Pandemic, he highlighted wsvn.com.

With that decision by Carnival Corp. the 18 cruise ships that make up Princess Cruises the trips they had planned between March 12 and May 10 will cease.

It should be remembered that in February, the Japanese health authorities put in Quarantine the Diamond Princess cruise ship off the port of Yokohama for two weeks, after 10 passengers were initially diagnosed with the COVID-19.

The Miami cruise operator also indicated that those ships that are currently making trips they will finish their route, which should conclude in the next five days.

Ongoing trips that extend after March 17 they will end up in the most convenient place for guests, considering operational requirements.
