Turespaña convenes Direct Sessions for the US market.
Turespaña, the Spanish Tourism Institute, has launched a call for Direct Sessions for the United States Market, which will be held in Miami from March 30 to April 1, reported La Nación.
Through a statement, the Turespaña institute announced that the campaign is especially aimed at tourism promotion entities as well as Spanish companies that are involved in the marketing of premium tourism products and services, as well as gastronomy, culture, shopping and the like.
These Direct Conferences are the ones that will debut in the US market since the arrival of the pandemic and whose objective is to activate, increase and favor marketing in the Spanish tourism field in the market that has stood out for issuing and positioning itself as a tourist destination of “ quality, safe and sustainable”.
The event will feature the participation of up to 60 US buyers who will be selected by the Spanish tourism departments in that country. On February 21, 2022, registrations end through the official page.
The conference will start with a presentation on the North American market, focusing on it as an outbound tourist market, and which is aimed at participants from Spain, whose objective is to deepen their knowledge of the market and finally plan their commercial strategy, as well as expose their offer profiled to the user or buyer.
La Nación reported: “Next, the presentations of the Spanish companies and destinations to the American agents will take place; as well as workshops between the different groups of agents in the United States market and the participating Spanish firms, in order to increase business opportunities. And, finally, there will be other activities and lunches that will reinforce the interaction between the parties”.
