The mixed-use project located in downtown Miami officially sold its 231 residential units in 15 months, making it the fastest-selling skyscraper in Miami. A key player in the development sale was OneWorld Properties. The real estate brokerage launched the YOTELPAD Miami sales in June 2018 and experienced instant success after selling 75 percent of the residences in just nine months. The project completed its seven-hour foundation on August 10, 2019, and is scheduled for completion in 2021.
